I just finished reading a US real-estate online news sites latest news covering some of the new celebrity homes to hit the market and the stats that spring to mind include the following:
· Gianni Versace’s USA mansion based in Miami beach – currently being listed for sales at the enticing sum of 125 million US dollars
· Oprah Winfrey’s condo based in Chicago – listed real-estate at a substantially smaller sum of 2.8 million dollars
· Zsa Zsa Gabor’s home in Bel-Air, Los Angeles – being listed somewhere between the two (again at the lower pricing range) at 14.9 million dollars
Thinking about the above mansions, condos and homes what makes these so desirable and what must haves can you use to turn your home into a dream home?
Before I go into this I am trying to look at areas that anyone can aspire towards and save up to include in their how so let’s forget about the 3 mile maze in the garden, the 100 yard walk in wardrobes, the 4 storey watchtower in the garden and the underground hobby vault.
So what can your dream home have that won’t cost you the earth?
